Monster BEverage Co.

The idea was to implement a new marketing strategy for Monster Beverage. Throughout the project, I researched previous and current performance and strategies to establish my starting point. From there I was able to identify positive and negative impacts of the external environment to then create as we all love and know… the SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis helped guide to the strategic goals created as well as specific marketing recommendations Monster should take as well as how to implement and control them.
